He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Rita, George Hall and James Gorka. He is survived by : his parents, James Michael Hall (Marian Hall) and Diana Gorka Hall (Gorka); his grandmother Betty Gorka; and his aunts and uncles, David Gorka, Skip, Tonia Hall and Diane Hunter.
