He is survived by: his wife Carol Moore (Vacek); his children, Neesa Beth Switalski (Dan), John Lewis Moore, Jr. (Sheila) and Ann Marie Cotton (Taylor); his grandchildren, Landon Switalski, Ashley, Morgan Moore and Callie Cotton; his nephews, Ray Moore IV and Bobby Tatum; his great-niece Stephanie Moore Johnson (Cody); his son-in-law Dan Switalski; his grandson Braeden Switalski; his son-in-law Taylor Cotton; his grandson Carter Cotton (Cody Johnson); and his brothers-in-law, Clifford Vacek, Dennis Vacek and Richard Vacek.
