He was predeceased by : his parents, Jose Rios and Raquela Ramirez Rios; and his brother Jessie Rios. He is survived by : his daughter Amanda Marie Rios; his grandchildren, Juliana Gabriella Vela and Jaime Marie Vela; and his siblings, Rosa Garcia, Norma Orosco, Susanna Meza, Corina Meza (Jose) and Mark Rios (Ana). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
