He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Pedro and Maria Alta-Gracia Rodriguez (Mendoza); his wife Angelita C. Rodriguez; his siblings, Daniel Celso Rodriguez, Luis Victor Rodriguez and Mary Nieto; and his grandchildren, Gabriel Anthony Villegas and Ashley Ann Rodriguez.
He is survived by: his children, Jose Martin Rodriguez and Adriana Villegas (Joe); his grandchildren, Isabella Villegas, Martin Anthony Rodriguez and Marie E. Vargas (Felix); his great grandchild Elliana Francisca Vargas; and his brothers, Juan Pedro Rodriguez II and Vincent Rodriguez (Silvia M. Gamez). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Davis Greenlawn Funeral Chapels (3900 B F Terry Blvd, Rosenberg, TX 77471). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
