She was predeceased by: her parents, Ven Moore and Rosa Vercher Moore; her husband Albert; her siblings, Mae Rider and Frank Moore; and her great great grandchild Greyson.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Chupik (Kathleen), Kenneth Chupik (Sally) and Judith Chupik Howerton (Jim); and her grandchildren, Tracy (Roy), Amanda (Travis), Morgan, Ross, Curtis, Ryan (Michelle), Jennifer (Jeff), Jillian (Zak), Rebecca (Brendan) and Kati (Matt). She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
