He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Ubernosky and Louise Ubernosky (Matus); his daughter Lisa Ubernosky; and his brothers, Edwin and Milton Ubernosky.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Ubernosky (Kusak); his daughters, Sheila Moore (John "Sonny" Moore, Jr.) and Melissa Ubernosky; his granddaughters, Ashley and Morgan Moore; his siblings, Herbert Ubernosky, Bernice Freudensprung, Melvin Ubernosky (Margie) and Barbara Jean Tutt (Paul); and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Schroeder and Rudy Kusak, Jr. (Gail). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
