He was predeceased by: his parents, Millie Psencik and Herman Psencik. He is survived by: his son Stephen Herman Psencik (Danna Krnavek Psencik); his granddaughter Brianna J. M. Cizek (Blake C. Cizek); and his great grandchildren, Harrison F. Psencik and Brooklynn M. Cizek.
