He is survived by: his wife Jessica Celeste Bohart; his daughters, Kelli Ann Luepkis and Kristi Marie Unzicker; his grandchildren, Chani Ann Luepkis, Raani Braddock Castillo, Zoey Michelle Carr and Brice Andrew Carr; and his great grandchildren, Lucas and Lylli Roberts.
