He is survived by: his sons, Joe Anthony and John Joe Rodriguez; his grandchildren, Aliyah, Naveh Rodriguez, Brayden Anthony Rodriguez, John Joe Rodriguez Jr., Richard Anthony Rodriguez, Jayden Rodriguez, Natalie Rene Rodriguez and Jada Faith Bustoz-Rodriguez; his stepfather Felipe Chavez; and his siblings, Edward Fonseca Jr., Felipe Sanchez, Martina Lerma, Maria Chavez and Delia Chavez.
