He was predeceased by: his parents, James Allen and Daisy Allen; his son Harold "Bucky" Borup III; and his great grandchild Hadley Kay. He is survived by: his wife Donna Allen; his children, Leanne Irwin (Rick), Regina Allen Schmaltz (Travis) and Jason Allen (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Amber, Tyler, Kody, Taylor, Colin, Jordan, Cade, Jada, Alexis, Haley, Logan, Lily, Jay and Laikynn; and his pet Dozer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, many friends and coworkers remain.
