He is survived by: his wife Barbara Myers Martin; his children, Kenny Martin (Jackie), John Everett, Kathy Cave (Walter), Debbie McDonald, Kristy Coons (Bryan), Karie Turner (Kevin) and Toni Martin; his grandchildren, Katie Pickrell (Josh), Wesley Putnam, Brad Putnam, Nikki Woodard (Matt), Lee McDonald (Marissa), Will Martin, Kallie Grace Coons, Christopher Coons, Kristen Jones (Robert), Keyli Hirsch (Logan) and Kolbi Turner; his great grandchildren, Keraleigh, Brynleigh, Raeleigh, Natalie, Heaven, Lola, Addison, Jalen, Braylen, Aubrey, Kennedy, Luke and Georgia; and his sister-in-law Beth Martin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Weathersbee Ray Funeral Home (111 N McKinley Ave, Rotan, TX 79546). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Cross Roads Baptist Church (602 FM1657, Rotan, TX 79546). A burial was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at the Sardis Cemetery.
