He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Stonie Gabrielle Carrillo; his parents, Paul Carrillo and Benita Carrillo; and his siblings, Joe Carrillo and Mary DeLeon.
He is survived by: his sons, Trey Carrillo (Rita) of Lubbock and Gabe; his child-in-law Stoney Carrillo (Nadine) of Lubbock; his grandchildren, Ryan and Nicco; and his great grandchild Esme. He is also survived by six sisters, four brothers, and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
