He was predeceased by: his parents, Elo Evanicky and Josephine Evanicky; and his daughter Tammy Evanicky-Pestinger. He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Evanicky and Cipriana Evanicky. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and numerous cousins.
Memorials may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association in memory of Daniel Evanicky.
