He is survived by: his wife Marisa Davila Walston; his children, Amara, Thomas of Round Rock and Miles of Round Rock; his parents, Ed Walston and Kristi Walston (Kentros) of Round Rock; and his brothers, Travis Walston and Taylor Walston of Huntsville. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The military honors will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hillcrest Memorial Park (5101 W 7th St, Texarkana, TX 75501). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Williams United Methodist Church (4000 Moores Ln, Texarkana, TX 75503).
