He is survived by: his parents, Melvin Vail and Sheree Vail of Elmira, NY; his child Chaz; his wife Gabrielle B. Vail of Manhattan, KS; his child Ariah Vail of Manhattan, KS; his siblings, Jared Vail of Astoria, NY and Nachelle Vail of Austin, TX; and his grandmother Francis V. Wade of Pittsburgh, PA. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, brothers in arms, and sisters.
