Kidwell Sr. of Devine and Ruthie Turner (Dan O'Toole) of Fort Worth, Texas.; and his sisters, Allison Kidwell and Melissa Kidwell of Boerne, Texas.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
