He was predeceased by: his parents, Luis Martinez and Aurora Garcia; his children, Rudy Martinez (Jessica) of Sinton, Texas and Monica Cacho; and his siblings, Lucy Zapata, Luis Martinez and Manuel Gomez.
He is survived by: his wife Emma Martinez; his children, Ronnie (Marion) of Albia and Leticia of Bastrop, Texas.; and his siblings, Tomas Gomez (Millie) of Joshua, Juan Gomez (Songhui) of Missouri, Lebrado Gomez (Carmen) of Sinton, Texas and Anita Castillo (Luis) of Sinton, Texas.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren and numerous family and friends.
