Samuel Matthews Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Samuel Matthews of Round Rock, Texas, born in Miami, Florida, who passed away on November 12, 2021 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Samuel Currie Matthews, Jr. and Lucy Helen Johnson Matthews; his wife Helen Gibson Matthews; his daughters, Dina L. Matthews and Carsley L. Matthews; his stepdaughters, Rachel M. Schwebach and Anita R. Garza (Felix); and his grandchildren, Christina Schwebach, Daniel and Hannah Garza. He was also cherished by numerous cousins and friends.
