He is survived by: his mother Consuelo Sanchez of Pearsall; his wife Sandy Juranek Sanchez of Round Rock; his children, Valeri Llanos (Jon) of Bastrop, Lorie Sanchez of Austin and Joshua Sanchez of Round Rock; his brother Sammy Sanchez of Pearsall; his grandchildren, Jason Valdez and Vanessa Llanos of Bastrop; his nephew Aaron Sanchez of San Antonio; and his niece Samantha Sanchez of Broomfield, Colorado. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.

He would often ride in charity events like Livestrong and PinkStong in honor of family or friends, or in memory of those that had passed.
