With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Carol Jean Pelzel (Rowena, Texas), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis Pelzel of San Angelo; her daughter Janice Allison; her parents, C. T. "Bud" Campbell and Janie Campbell; her sister Doris; and her brothers-in-law, Rayford Hull, Wilburn (Ruby Dell Pelzel), Bill (Doris Ann Pelzel), James (Marcie Pelzel) and Calvin (Mary Ann Pelzel).
She is survived by: her son Joe (Susan Pelzel) of Forney, TX; her brother-in-law Fred (Nancy Pelzel) of San Angelo; her grandchildren, Fallon Allison of San Angelo, Spencer (Elizabeth Pelzel) of Rowlett, TX and Reid Pelzel of Ada, OK; and her great grandchild Emilia Pelzel of Rowlett, TX.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
