He was predeceased by : his parents, Mildred Miller (Clark) and Benjamin Miller; his wife Tommie Miller; his siblings, Benjamin Miller Jr. and Chrystine Chaney; and his son Gary Landmon.

He is survived by : his son David Landmon (Linda); his grandson Thomas Shearer; his great grandchildren, Corbin Shearer and Genesis Wilson; and his great great grandchild Azana Wilson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
