He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cyrus Daniels and Geneva Taylor Daniels; his wife Shirley Jean Daniels; and his sister Geneva Johnette Daniels. He is survived by: his sons, David Gene Daniels (Barbara Ruckel Daniels) and John Allen Daniels (Barbara Jozwiak Daniels); and his grandchildren, Jacob, Sarah, Cora and Alice.
