With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gay Flinner (Rowlett, Texas), who passed away on November 20, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Bertha May Carpenter and Wiley Wallace Collins; her husband Jerry Wayne Flinner; her son Brian "Joey" Damon Lunsford; and her siblings, Jay Collins, Beatrice Woods, June Sullivan, Dorthea Hicks and Joyce Messerly.
She is survived by : her children, Shelly Lunsford May (Carlton) and Joshua Flinner (Renee); her grandchildren, Andrea DeChant (Dalton), Haley Smith, Brian Damon Lunsford, Jr., Mykenzi Gilmore, Skylee Flinner, Ella Flinner, Jaycee May, Jaxon May and Rory Flinner; and her siblings, Kay Pilgreen (Mike), James Collins (Deanna), Wiley Collins (Martha) and Harold Collins (Linda). She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
