She was predeceased by : her parents, Maldon Smiley and Lillian Smiley; and her siblings, Max Smiley and Virgina Walls. She is survived by : her husband Jim Burch (Jim); her sister Marsha Innerarity; her son Joel; her daughter-in-law Tonya Burch; and her grandchildren, Garret Burch and Erin Ferrell.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Directors (600 S Garland Ave, Garland, TX 75040). A graveside service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Cemetery (3900 Rowlett Rd, Rowlett, TX 75088).
