He was predeceased by: his parents, Guadalupe Ignacio and Maria Trinidad Leal (Garza). He is survived by: his wife Evilia Leal; his son Luis Ignacio Leal Jr.; and his sisters, Nydia Ordonez (Orlando), Frances Riley (Joel) and Elizabeth Milan (Ramiro). He is also survived by his family and friends.
