With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred Elneta Vinson of Rowlett, Texas, born in Conway, South Carolina, who passed away on February 20, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Elneta Todd Sisk and Jack Claud Sisk; and her brothers, Tony Hughes, Bill Sisk and Randy Sisk.

She is survived by : her husband Henry Ray Vinson; her daughter Whitney Elise Golin; her son-in-law Steve Golin; her grandchildren, Maddie Rosenbalm and Zach Rosenbalm; her siblings, Debbie DiFiore (Joe DiFiore) and Richard Waters; her sisters-in-law, Barbara, Peggy (Ken Jannotta) and Patty Hughes; and her cousin Especially.
