She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis B. Rathbun and Clara M. Rathbun; her siblings, Delores, Melinda and Victor (John); her daughter Celesta; her grandson Tobie; her sons-in-law, Joe Rankin and Cesar Espinoza; her grandson Brian Maples; and her great great grandchild Paisley.
She is survived by: her husband John Shelton, Jr.; her siblings, Joy Rathbun, David Rathbun (Delma) and Hubert Rathbun (Terri); and her children, Audrey Rankin, Helen Schwettmann (Tommy), Billie Jo Espinoza, John Shelton III (Sandra) and Walter Shelton (Garlene). She is also survived by 17 Grandchildren, 37 Great Grandchildren and 9 Great great Grandchildren.
