He was predeceased by: his wife Mui Lam. He is survived by: his siblings, Shanxing Lin, Shanfang Lin, Shanjiao Lin, Shanjin Lin and Shanlan Lin; his children, Alfred Lam, Jenny Lam, Alvin Lam and Jeana Lam; and his grandchildren, AJ Lam, Joshua Lam, Arlo Lam, Aria Lam, Amaia Lam and Athena Lam.
