He is survived by: his wife Angela Perez; his children, Jenieva Perez Zaragoza (Manuel Zaragoza), Samuel Ayala Perez II (Anna Perez), Christopher Gabriel Perez (Jenae Perez) and Nicholas Alexander Perez (Emma Perez); his grandchildren, Evan Manuel Zaragoza and Luka Miguel Zaragoza; his siblings, Santos Perez, David Perez and Carolyn Manning; and his parents, Santos Manrique Perez and Antonia Ayala Perez. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church (1305 Damascus Rd, Rockwall, TX 75087).
