He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Howell and Ina Howell; his siblings, Ronnie Howell (Sue) and Janice Sparks (Randy); and his granddaughters, Savanna Green and Shelbee Green.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Howell; his daughters, Denise, Danna Goff, Jamie Ritchie, Jodee Green and Jackie Young (Trent); his sisters, Juddi (Ben Gilmore) and Terry (Randy Sparks); and his brother-in-law Danny Hale (Brenda). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, sons-in-law, and brothers-in-law.
