He is survived by: his children, Janie Garza of Runge, Sylvia Gutierrez (Joe Oros) of Runge, Felix Gutierrez (Rebecca) of Nordheim, Grace Duenes (Robert) of Karnes City, Terrie Gutierrez of Runge, Christine Ramirez (Richard) of Runge, Frank Jr. Gutierrez (Leticia) of Runge, Freddy Gutierrez (Freedom) of Kenedy, Erma Gonzales (David) of Runge, Adelaida "Lila" Gutierrez of Runge and Fabian Gutierrez (Samantha Garza) of Runge; and his sisters, Antonia Gutierrez and Eva Villarreal.
