He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Nunez and Ignacia Nunez; and his siblings, Joe Nunez, Adam Nunez, Victor Nunez, Eloy Nunez and Sandra Timberg.
He is survived by: his wife Lillie Nunez; his sons, Roman Nunez (Blanca) and Orlando Nunez; his granddaughters, Christina and Rebecca Nunez; and his siblings, Gerardo Nunez, Roland Nunez, David Nunez, Eva Ochoa and Maria Elena Hall. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rhodes Chapel (302 Goliad St, Runge, TX 78151). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony Catholic Church (101 W Arenoso St, Runge, TX 78151). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at the Runge Cemetery (1300 Helena St, Runge, TX 78151).
