He is survived by: his father Andres Valdez, Sr.; his wife Eloisa Salas Valdez of Runge; his children, Michelle Manzano (Miguel) of Sinton, Valerie Valdez of George West and Robert Valdez, Jr. (Justine) of Kenedy; his stepchildren, Priscilla Fraga (David) of Runge, Jennifer Barrientez of Victoria, Jessica Salas (Roger Reyes) of Adkins, Anthony Serrano (Stephanie) of Runge and Veronica Serrano of Runge; his brother Lupe Valdez (Marie) of Karnes City; and his grandchildren, Ray Hernandez (Leti) of Karnes City, Lorenzo "Tre" Salinas (Aileen) of Pawnee, Leandra Salinas (Demetrio Sosa) of Kenedy, David Fraga (Megan) of Runge, Lacie Fraga (Audrianne) of Runge, DJ and Joseph Tidwell (Makaylah) of San Antonio. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
