He is survived by : his wife Martha of Rusk; his son Michael Neely (Patsy) of Lewiston, Maine.; his stepson Michael Hayes (Tamme) of Apollo Beach; his grandsons, Brandon Neely, Joey Hayes and Andy Hayes; and his brother Robert Neely (Nancy) of Nashville. He is also survived by his family and friends.
