He is survived by: his wife Nancy Moore; his daughters, Wendy Moore of Fort Worth, TX, Natalie Herr (Jason) of Magnolia, TX and Holly Moore of Bedford, TX; his grandchildren, Carley Welch, Chloe Welch and Carter Welch; and his siblings, Richard C. Moore, III of Austin, TX and Diane Moore Lynch of Belmont, CA.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of East Texas.
