He was predeceased by : his parents, Jerry Heackley and Vivienne Heackley; and his daughter Erin Balew. He is survived by : his wife Phyllis Heackley; his son Mike Heackley (Lori); his granddaughter Hope (Jordan); his great grandchild Archer; his stepdaughter Stephanie Benton (Paul); and his stepgrandchildren, Alex, D. J., Haley and Morgan.
