He is survived by : his wife Kathie Sue Berry Davis of Sardis; his step-daughter Kimberly Gilbert Lovelace (Dale); his grandchildren, Ashleigh Carnes, J. D. Hask, Caroline Elizabeth Mendenhall, Austin Taylor (Lauren Dykes Mendenhall), Hunter Layne Hazzard and Blake Allen Hazzard; his great grandchildren, Kirby, Clover Welch, Cormac Gregory Mendenhall and Charlotte Elaine Mendenhall; his daughters, Karen Davis Mendenhall (Greg) and Stephanie Davis Hazzard (Michael); and his aunt Mary Frances Davis Alexander. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
