He is survived by : his wife Kathie Sue Berry Davis of Sardis; his stepdaughter Kimberly Gilbert Lovelace (Dale); his grandchildren, Ashleigh Carnes and J. D. Hask; his great grandchildren, Kirby and Clover Welch; his daughter Karen Davis Mendenhall (Greg); his grandchildren, Caroline Elizabeth Mendenhall and Austin Taylor (Lauren Dykes Mendenhall); his great grandchildren, Cormac Gregory Mendenhall and Charlotte Elaine Mendenhall; his daughter Stephanie Davis Hazzard (Michael); his grandchildren, Hunter Layne Hazzard and Blake Allen Hazzard; and his aunt Mary Frances Davis Alexander. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
