He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward Cary and Rethel Ellen Cary (Bell); his brother Stephen Wayne Cary; and his grandparents, Everett Jackson Cary, Monnie Mae Cary (Thompson), Silas Monroe Bell and Martha Azalee Bell (Masters).

He is survived by: his sister Angela Cary Glady (Burdett Glady) of Lindale; his nephew Neil Glady Lindale; his niece Emily Ochoa (Jesse Ochoa Malakoff); his great-nieces, Avery, Lynlee and Claire Glady; and his aunt Billie Cary of Jacksonville.

The family has requested memorial donations to be donated in Tim's memory to the New Harmony Baptist Church Youth Group.
