He is survived by: his parent Lisa Boocks of Howe, TX; his brother Jake Forsberg of Bonham, TX; his nephews, Elijah and Ean Forsberg; his parent Phillip Shaw of Sachse, TX; his aunt Kristina Azbill; his cousins, Halie Sewell, Amber and Kyle; and his great-uncle Mike Alder.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 25th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Waldo Funeral Home Chapel (619 N Travis St, Sherman, TX 75090).
