She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Victor and Eugenia Rampy. She is survived by: her sons, Jack Hawkins (Joyce) and Larry Hawkins (Gena); her grandchildren, Shane (Shawna), Stephanie (Donnie), John, Larry, Nathan (Jennifer) and Jared (Trista); her husband John Alvin Hawkins; and her brothers, Wallace, Homer and Sammy. She is also survived by several great- grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; with many nieces and nephews.
