He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hall and Catherine Hall; his former spouse Arna M. Wittes; and his wife Ellen Sue Spears. He is survived by: his children, Richard Hall (Nancy), Harold Hall II, Jane Baker, Penney Dunn and Kay Smith (Charley); and his stepdaughters, Belinda Taylor, Jennifer Goff and Melissa Stueve-Sherod (Travis). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
