It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janell A. Goertz of Saint Hedwig, Texas, who passed away on February 23, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Denis Goertz; her parents, Louis Goertz and Mary R. Goertz (Beck); and her sister Janice Friske. She is survived by: her children, Linelle Schnuriger (Francis), Kathleen Goertz, Brother Harvey Goertz, Robert Goertz, Beverly Bentley and Bruce Goertz (Wendy); her grandchildren, Melanie Schnuriger (Glen), James Schnuriger (Tiffany), Justin Goertz (Elizabeth), Zachary Goertz (Simona) and Cody Gleason; her great grandchildren, Lilly, Lucy, Gabrielle, Channing, Bellamy, Asher, Augustus and Sigfrieda; and her sister Mildred Ann Moore.
Memorial offerings may be made to Annunciation of the BVM St. John Paul Center.
