He is survived by: his children, Richard Waugh of Ohio, Lara Hood of Nebraska and Connie Waugh of Nebraska; and his siblings, Rose Largent of Temple, Dwight Long of Kansas, Myron Long of Florida, Byron Long of Florida, Alan Long of Florida, Sheri Miller of Oklahoma and Randall Schafer. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and many extended family.
