He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Lugo Blanco; his children, Bertha Garcia, Albert Blanco Jr., Jesse Blanco (Margaret), Belinda Cortez (Victor), Robert Blanco (Maria), Ernest Blanco (Melissa), San Juanita Reyes (Johnny) and Paul Blanco (Lisa); his sisters, Maria Alvarez (Max), Santos Solis (Tony) and Josefina Moreno; and his sons, Lon Ross and Todd Albert.
