He is survived by: his mother Nadine De La Cruz of Winters; his siblings, Ernestina Pena of San Angelo, JoRay De La Cruz of Austin and Rick De La Cruz of Odessa; and his friend Yolanda Jimenez Rosales. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews;12 grand-nieces and nephews.
