We are sad to announce that, on March 28, 2022, at the age of 65, Carl Mills (San Angelo, Texas), born in Plainfield, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mills and Marie Mahovich Mills. He is survived by: his daughter Jazz Lynn Mills; his granddaughter Ava Louise Mills Toccalino of Austin, Texas; and his siblings, Susan Jean Phillips (John) of La Luz, Robert Joseph Mills (Vonnie) of Pocatello, Idaho, Donna Marie Byers and Cynthia Louise Mills (Cinny). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
