He is survived by: his wife Janet Lea Barth; his daughters, Sandy Lee Barth and Sherry Shell Barth Wanczyk (John); his stepchildren, Tracey Leigh Clanton (Trey) and Michael Henry (Gentry); his grandsons, Cole Henry, Max Henry and Jake Henry; and his great grandchildren, Ashton Northway and Avery Henry.
