He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sandy; his child Shery Wilkes (Mike); his child-in-law Robin Garner Caves; his grandchildren, Rikki, Brook, Andrew Dylan, Madison and Lauren; his great grandchildren, Jordyn, Sydney, Ethan and Emma; his great great grandchildren, Riley and Luke; his brothers, H. A., Jimmy, Terry and Joe; and his sister-in-law Shirley.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Shaffer Funeral Home - Sherwood Way (1939 Sherwood Way, San Angelo, TX 76901). The military honors will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:15 PM at the same location.
