It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Creta C. Phillips (San Angelo, Texas), born in Salem, Illinois, who passed away on February 10, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Woodward and Edra McClanahan; and her siblings, Karyon Clark (Bill), LaDonna Phillips (Wayne) and Eldon "Woody" Woodward.
She is survived by: her children, Traci Phillips of San Angelo and Michael Phillips (Jen) of Des Moines, Washington; her grandchildren, Cameron Buccieri of Warsaw, Illinois, Thyme Phillips of Atlanta, Georgia and Cole Phillips of San Angelo; her sister Glenda Whitlock King of San Angelo; and her close friends, Marilyn Hartman, Linda Shoemaker, Sherry Odell, Chris Zapata, James Mata, Susan Westenbroek, Anthony, Judy and Becky. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
