He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Seidel and Madeline Schraer Seidel; and his brother-in-law Bruce Stedge, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sandra K. Seidel of San Angelo; his children, Brad Haman of San Angelo and Heidi; his brother Bryan of Livingston, MT; his grandchildren, Hailey Dodson of San Angelo, Kristin Wilson (Derek) of Temple, TX and Wesley Haman of Monahans, TX; his siblings, Darlene Willig (Bruce) of San Angelo, Sharon Seidel of San Angelo, Howard Seidel of San Angelo and Ken Seidel (Sandy) of San Angelo; his father-in-law Bruce Stedge, Sr. of Georgetown, TX; his sisters-in-law, Debra Van Blaricom (Joseph) of Livingston, MT, Dinah Woolard (Terry) and Tammy Hardt (Tommy); and his cousin Stuart Seidel. He is also survived by many other family members and close friends.

Memorials may be made to the Mt. Carmel Hermitage, Our Lady of Grace Monastery or Angelo Catholic School.
